This is an important notification that versions 2.3.2.0 and earlier of the NHS Identity Agent will stop working after 30th June 2025

This change is due to the NHS introducing a forced retirement of older security protocols in previous versions of the application.

To ensure uninterrupted access, please:
Download and run NHS Identity Agent upgrade tool

Click the link to download > Visit your Downloads folder > Right click to unzip the IA checker > Double click to run
The tool will automatically check your installed version and upgrade it if necessary

Please note: Local administrator rights are required to run this tool

We recommend completing this update as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your NHS services.
